This property very run down and dated. A complete restoration was completed, and all new electricity, plumbing, heating and air-conditioning were fitted. All original carpentry was maintained and repaired; original ceilings were restored to their former glory. A new kitchen and bathroom were installed and an additional bathroom was added. The original hydraulic tiles were cleaned, repaired, and polished. A wall was removed, and custom glass and metal doors were fitted to add a more spacious feel.
