This abandoned comercial space was completely transformed into a contemporary living area featuring a new kitchen, two bathrooms, and new flooring throughout. Original elements such as exposed brick walls, columns, and beams were carefully restored, blending modern comfort with authentic character and maximizing the property’s potential.
