This beautiful old apartment in the Gotic area of the city, was in a very poor state when purchased. Original floor ceilings and doors were restored to their former glory. New bathrooms were fitted, rooms were redistributed to make better use of space, a new kitchen was fitted, and the balcony was completely opened up to introduce more light. New electrics, plumbing, heating and air conditioning were installed. Furniture was sourced and restored. The final result is an elegant apartment in the historic city centre.
