Project Valencia 2

This property was very run down and dated. A complete restoration was completed, and all new electricity, plumbing, heating and air-conditioning were fitted. The space was reconfigured to add a new bedroom. All original carpentry was maintained and repaired; the original ceiling beams were restored to their former glory. A new kitchen and bathroom were installed, and an additional bathroom was added. New flooring was added in keeping with the heritage of the building. Custom glass and metal doors were fitted to add a more spacious feel. The result is a beautiful home with stunning original features maintained.
