This property was in very bad repair and dated having been last upgraded in the seventies. A complete restoration occurred, and all new electricity, plumbing, heating and air-conditioning were fitted. All original carpentry was maintained and repaired, the Catalan ceilings were restored to their former glory. A new kitchen and bathroom were fitted, and the space was reconfigured to add an additional bedroom. New flooring was added in keeping with the period of the property.
